2009 RadioTV Forum Set
Italian local broadcasting association Aeranti-Corallo is planning for its annual RadioTV Forum, to be held 19–20 May at the Hotel Melià Roma Aurelia Antica Convention Center in Rome, Italy

The annual forum is currently the only broadcast-specific show held in Italy, and features the participation of local, national and public-service broadcasters.

Topics on the agenda include the current state of the 2012 transition to digital terrestrial television and ongoing digital radio broadcasting experiments. Aeranti-Corallo is both and executive member of DigiTV, the body overseeing the national DTT switchover, and one of the three founding members of Associazione per la Radiofonia digitale in Italia, the association for digital radio in Italy.

In addition to the main convention space, the RadioTV Forum will include political and technical sessions, including SMPTE sessions and hands-on sessions about digital broadcasting.
