DataPath Acquires Swe-Dish

DataPath Inc. recently completed its acquisition of Swe-Dish Satellite Systems AB, which makes portable and transportable satellite communications systems.

The buyer provides satellite and wireless communications networks. Swe-Dish customers include broadcasters, military and civil defense ministries around the world.

DataPath is based in Duluth, Georgia. Swe-Dish, based in Solna, Sweden, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of DataPath and will retain its management team, corporate name and product brands.
