There is an easy way out of the issue for the TV station... Put a camera on the announcer and let him be the "host" of a TV music station. Make some cheese wiz cheap video to go with the music and no one could complain. The FCC should empty channel 5 and 6 of all TV stations and reallocate it to digital audio. Every "AM" station with less than 5,000 watts at night would be moved to the new band and would be able to have a local audience at nightsomething that is difficult now because of band packing.
