• Send e-mail and postal mail notification to local media outlets about important dates for Support Center and Mobile Clinic Events that will aid in preparing for the DTV transition.
• Provide a full service Support Center and Mobile Clinic events were citizens may learn about the DTV Transition, Installing and purchasing a digital-to-analog converter box and antennas, as well as register for the Converter Box Coupon onsite.
• Seek opportunities to work collaboratively on this effort with organizations with which the Medical, Laboratory & Technology Consultants, LLC has an existing relationship in the community.
In these efforts may we request your assistance in relaying the following information about our DTV Support Center located at 1776 I St, NW Suite 920 WDC 20006 May 29- June 19 12-8p Saturday & Sunday and 8a-8p Monday- Friday, which is the only fixed Support Center in the Nation’s Capital.
